Lightweight, but suited for the job. . Although the first on had a manufacturer’s fault and broke while fixing it. They replaced this and the seat is fitted as expected. I did however had to add a ‘buffer’ to the bottom part of the seat, as the fitted one was not squaring up with the toilet bowl. – i have a normal, run of the mill, oval wc. This addition made it sturdier.

Arrived on time and exactly as described.
It’s like sitting on a plank of wood. It has not been finished off in my opinion, it’s like sitting on a plank of wood. There are no contoured edges around the inside edges.

Just as described, this is a solid pine loo seat. This makes it much lighter than the mdf variety but just as strong. It looks good, pine goes with everything, and feels firm, overall a good purchase at a price that beats all the diy superstores.
