Top quality product very pleased with it instructions to fit could be clearer.

Brilliant but ordered the wrong one.

Excellent product, soft close very good, and when fitted using the new hinge fittings makes a comfortable secure seat. Replaces a soft close unit that came with the new toilet approx. 3 years ago, which had the standard screw fixing from beneath the bowl. That one constantly required tightening, and never felt really secure. This new seat not only looks better but consigns all that fiddling about to history. Easy to fit although the instructions were in very small print.
Not over pleased, quality not as i expected, already the ‘soft close’ has broken, and we’re in a home with only 2 adults and this particular toilet not used that often.
