I went on to the roca site to see if they did replacement hinges which they do but then i checked on amazon and found they sold the replacement seat so we ordered and my husband fitted in a very short time. It was expensive but you get what you pay for and there would be no point in buying a cheaper seat that perhaps would not fit properly. We hope that the new seat will last for another 8 years and that replacements will still be available.
